Now guys, this could be a nice little way of keeping your stuff just a single bike carrier that's gonna do a great job of holding onto your bike while it is in the bed of your truck. So, a lot of that weight is being put on our bed, so we're mainly just keeping it in this upright position. As you guys can see, even as I go to shake this thing, it's starting to shake the whole truck, it is nice and secure on here. We're gonna have no trouble making sure that our bikes stay upright on here, as long, of course, as we have good frame contacts, as you guys are seeing. more

Inno Velo Gripper Truck Bed Bike Rack Review- Video

Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Inno Velo Gripper Single Bike Rack Carrier. Now guys, this is gonna be a nice little way, if you find yourself with that bed of your truck, but you're still wanting a little bit of room on the other side, right As you guys can see, this is gonna give you a great little way of getting your bike in an upright position, still allowing you to have a lot of access to that bed. And one thing I like about it a lot too, a big way of carrying your bikes on your truck is to use a tailgate pad. Now that can be an excellent option, of course, if you're looking for a way of getting a lot of bikes I highly recommend taking a couple of looks at those, we have a bunch of them available here at etrailer.com. Personally, I recommend either looking at the Thule or the Swagman, I think that their straps just hold up a little bit better. more

Now this can be to be an excellent way of getting your bikes up that trail, wherever you guys are going. This can be an excellent option as you can get up to five bikes here in the back of our truck, as it comes with five included straps. So you guys can see too, it is going to be adjustable on this strap length. So these little cook and loop guys are able to be adjusted, so say we had too many on this one, I can go ahead, take that out, and shift it down to the further spot on my pad. more

So looking at the Gatemate Pro, we are using the 53 inch version today. The reason being is we do have a roll-up tonneau cover and we didn't want to have any interference with clearance issues, if we we're using the larger eight bike 60 inch version. So this one does accommodate seven bikes and it is a great option when it comes to not wanting to add any extra length on a full-sized truck like this with a hitch mounted bike rack.So looking a little closer, you can see that we have kind of these padded separators. more

This is for your truck bed mounted bike rack application, so if you want to load your bikes into your truck bed, you've got a couple options. Most of them require taking off that front wheel, though. It can be a big pain to have to do that every time, also usually requires you to actually get up into your truck bed to mount your bike. So it is a pain, takes that extra bit of time that you would like to get back. It's not going to require you to put anything on your hitch and add a little bit of length to the back of your truck. And of course, with the truck being a little bit taller, it's probably not the best idea to put it up on the roof.So right now, we can actually go ahead and put five bikes on here. So as you guys can see, we got our three bikes up on here and we don't really have to worry about scratching our tailgate, or scratching our bikes, just because every part of our bike that is exposed in the back, isn't going to make its way to our precious tailgate. And on top of that, with the material that the Gatemate is made of it isn't going to scratch our carbon fiber bikes. So you don't have to worry about it damaging some of those nicer, prettier bikes. You guys are trying to keep brand new.One thing to note though, with the bikes and this orientation, if you guys do put it in reverse, we are not going to get a full view of the backup camera. more
